Hi everyone! This is my very first post… So let me share with you the reason why I wanted to start my own blog. Actually, I have recovered from 4 years of anorexia, which were followed by 4 long years of bulimia- or more precisely “binge eating”. I know this may sound like a very sharp introduction, but I needed to shed light on this secret burden that had so much impact on my everyday life, my relationships, my job and my family. And I hope that my articles will help you regain some self-confidence, because no matter what happens in your life, no matter how powerless you may feel, please remember that you can get appropriate help. All of us deserve to live a colorful life, and not get trapped into a black or white thinking process. All of us have a heart, and the secret to inner peace lies in our capacity to feel and allow ourselves to feel our emotions.
The existential thoughts that we might encounter should not leave us disconcerted. Instead, they reveal us some clues about our current state of mind, day after day, whether we feel happy or sad, angry, excited, tired or anxious.
